This includes addressing divorce jurisdiction and forum disputes, international enforcement in financial and children cases, child abduction and relocation, and the protection of vulnerable adults under the inherent jurisdiction and in the Court of Protection. He has notably appeared in several ground-breaking cases in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
