Harpreet Sandhu KC was instructed by the CPS’ Special Crime and Counter Terrorism Division to prosecute a former acting police sergeant who was indicted with misconduct in a public office. Over several years, she accessed police systems and obtained sensitive information which she passed to her erstwhile partner, a convicted criminal. He was accused of encouraging or assisting her crimes.
