Sharon Bahia leading Seamran Sidhu for the CPS on a trial where three men in a targeted and planned attack attended Glendower road, at 23:00 the home address of the complainants family. The house was occupied with 2 adults and a 2 year old child. A stolen car was deliberately used by the there Defendants in an attempt to avoid detection. Three bullets were fired most likely from a 9mm Calibre pistol by the Defendant Rehman whilst the third Defendant Richardson-Bowen ensured damage was caused to the ring doorbell to avoid detection. The Defendant Mapp was the driver. All 3 males fled the seen and set fire to the stolen car. The motive remained unclear.
