We are excited to announce that Jake Acock has joined the Business & Property group at No5 Barristers’ Chambers.

Jake comes to us after completing his pupillage at a leading commercial set, where he amassed a wealth of experience in commercial, chancery, and property matters. During his pupillage, Jake developed a busy practice in the County Court, handling various trials and interlocutory hearings. His capability spans all stages of a claim, and he has already been instructed on high-value matters.

Jake has successfully represented clients in the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and provided comprehensive advice in construction, property, and commercial matters. His wide-ranging experience includes drafting applications and statements of case, as well as providing written advice.

He has a particular interest in property law and contractual disputes but is versatile and accepts instructions in all areas of Business and Property work.

Tony McDaid, Chief Executive at No5 Barristers’ Chambers, stated:

“We are delighted to have Jake join our Business & Property group, No5 continues to attract the best up and coming counsel and we are looking forward to help Jake grow his practice across the Midlands”
