Scott Stemp, Daniel Henderson and Jessica Allen are hosting a seminar on 15th October on the Forestry Act 1967.
The talk looks to guide landowners and developers through dealing with restocking notices, appeals and the interaction of these with the planning process, including an update on an essential recent High Court judgment on that topic. It will also cover how to identify, engage with and address felling licence and restocking issues and the Forestry Commission at an early stage.
