Mark has authored an article relating to repeat applications in private law children cases.
The article primarily focusses on the provisions of Section 91(14) to act as a shield against repeat applications.
The article is titled ‘Back, Back and Back Again: Dealing with Repeat Applications’ and follows a talk delivered by Mark at our recent private law children’s seminar.
This marks the second time that Mark has been asked to write for LexisNexis following an initial article on Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards in public law proceedings.
