In March 2024, Ricky Seal stepped down from the YRes West Midlands Committee after over five years. During that time he served as one of the education officers. Ricky commented:
“I have adored my time on the YRes West Midlands Committee and working with the other talented committee members over the past five years. During that time, YRes West Midlands has grown into one of the biggest regional YRes groups in the country and I’m proud that I was able to play a small role in that. Outside of the educational events I helped to organise, the summer parties have always been a personal highlight and I can’t wait until this year’s!”
However, No5 will continue to be represented on the committee. Naomi Dean joined the committee earlier this year and will replace Ricky as an education officer. Naomi commented:
“I am delighted to have been successful in my application to join such a prestigious and important committee. YRes does such incredible work and unites family lawyers across the West Midlands by getting them together in spaces to improve the environment for those working within the family justice system.”
