Rebekah Wilson acted for a father of 4 boys who he brought to the UK on a dinghy having fled Syria via Austria. The fact that the boys were placed together in the UK was an important factor in this judgement dealing with the question of habitual residence. Their guardian and the Local Authority having argued that the boys were not habitually resident in the UK.
