Jack Feeny appeared in the Court of Appeal this week (led by Karon Monaghan KC) in the case of Clark & Bell v Chief Constables of West Midlands and Derbyshire Police and the Home Secretary.

The appeal is on whether the Employment Tribunal has jurisdiction to consider discrimination complaints relating to the police injury benefit scheme. The case will become a significant authority on the scope of discrimination law as it applies to public sector pension schemes.
