Antonie Muller prosecuted Peter Johnson before Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb where he was convicted of all Counts including threatening to kill a Circuit Judge.
PJ tried to suggest that he was not the offender, but was “caught” by DNA (licking stamps), printing his documents at a local library (the billing for which could be traced), his use of the library computer to construct his documents (the billing for which could also be traced) and the similarity of these documents to others documents generated by JP in the past, amongst other things.
He was sentence to 51 months imprisonment together with a number of ancillary order.
