No5 are delighted to announce that we have moved into our new Birmingham office within the iconic 103 Colmore Row Building. Chambers will take over 19,000 sq. ft over the 4th and 7th floors. 103 Colmore Row comprises 223,631 sq. ft. of Grade A, BREEAM ‘Excellent’, EPC A-rated workspace over 26 floors and dominates the Birmingham skyline.
The new office will have thirteen state-of-the-art meeting rooms allowing us to host in-house client conferences, meetings and mediations. Further facilities include an event/seminar space overlooking the heart of Birmingham City Centre with the capacity to host over 100 attendees.
For our 260 plus barristers, it offers them a choice of multiple working spaces including private rooms, phone booths and a variety of hot desk solutions.
No5 Joint Heads of Chambers Adrian Keeling KC & Jonathan Jones KC alongside CEO and Director of Clerking, Tony McDaid commented:
“We are delighted to be moving to 103 Colmore Row. The building has redefined Birmingham’s skyline and is located in the midst of Birmingham’s Legal district.
“The move is a reflection on No5’s continued growth throughout and beyond its 100 year history. Whilst we are sad to be saying goodbye to Fountain Court, the move signals an exciting time for Chambers’ future and shows that No5 continues to be at the forefront of the evolving landscape that is the bar”
