No5 is pleased to welcome Jessica Allen to the Planning and Environment Group.
Called to the Bar in 2019, Jessica has experience in various planning matters and welcomes instructions in all areas of Planning and Environment Law.
Head of the Planning and Environment Group, Richard Kimblin KC said “Jessica studied in Toulouse and Nottingham where she obtained a First Class degree in law with French and French Law. She obtained a distinction in the Bachelor of Civil Law at Oxford which is a world-renowned taught graduate course, designed to serve outstanding law students. Her optional papers included comparative public law and environmental law. She did the BPTC at City University, obtaining outstanding results in her civil advocacy, amongst other subjects. Jess has been a policy researcher at ClientEarth, ELF, WWF and a Judicial Assistant to Hayden J. Jessica is obviously going to thrive and we look forward to having her in chambers as a valued colleague.”
