Howard Leithead successfully prosecutes shopkeeper who refused to close his shop during lockdown in a trial at Kidderminster Magistrates Court. The Defendant, Alasdair Walker-Cox, was convicted of seven offences and was ordered to pay a fine of £35,000 as well as a victim surcharge and costs.
