This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, hosted by the Mental Health Foundation.

No5 Barristers’ Chambers is committed to protecting the mental health of its barristers, pupils and staff. We have been awarded the Bar Council’s Wellbeing Certificate of Recognition and have in place a robust Wellbeing Policy to provide such support.

Many of our barristers have been involved in cases where mental health issues have been central to the case.

We firmly believe that there should be no stigma attached to mental health difficulties and will continue to look at ways to support and promote a positive attitude to mental health.

If we can provide any assistance in connection with any mental health related legal issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
