Like all of you we are feeling the effects and dealing with the challenges that Covid-19 is bringing us all professionally and personally. The purpose of this email is to give you an outline of where we are and how it may impact on the service we provide for you. It is by design a brief message knowing that such messages are plentiful at present and there is a danger of reader fatigue.

The good news is that we have already started to implement stage one of our strategy to operate our way through this national emergency. From today’s date some members of staff will be working from home until further notice. Those that are working from home are all set up on our network meaning there will be no noticeable change in the service we deliver to you. We will be scaling back the number of staff we have on our premises in line with the advice given by Government but it is currently our intention to have an onsite presence at each of our four offices.

We have in addition suspended our series of seminars both internally and externally and similarly cancelled events and advised staff to follow the Government advice and that of the Chief Medical Officer.

We are committed to ensuring that our service as and when it is required in these difficult times remains at the same high standard you have come to expect of us and we look forward to working with you through this period and beyond.

Thank you for your continued support.
