Accidents on two wheels will come under the spotlight when leading experts speak at a legal seminar in Birmingham to be held in the autumn.
No5 Barristers’ Chambers is hosting the specialist half-day seminar on 10th October at the Clayton Hotel. The event will focus on issues arising when litigating serious and catastrophic cycle and motorcycle accidents and will feature three expert speakers from the fields of trauma and orthopaedics, neurology and accident reconstruction.
Aimed at practitioners with experience of conducting high-value Multi-Track cycle and motorcycle claims, the talks will cover the key liability and contributory negligence issues for cyclists and motorcyclists, the medicolegal aspects of traumatic brain injury, trauma and orthopaedic injuries commonly sustained and accident reconstruction for such claims.
In addition to Mark Radburn and Paul Evans, we are delighted to be joined by 3 leading experts: Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon Badri Narayan; Consultant Neurologist Dr Nin Bajaj and reconstruction expert Peter Sorton.
Chaired by the Head of the Personal Injury Group, Paul Bleasdale QC, the afternoon will include two case studies during which delegates will be invited to contribute. There will also be an opportunity to put questions to the expert panel.
This is the first seminar in a series to be hosted by the No5 Serious Injury Team.
