No5’s Philip Rule returns to UK practice having spent the summer on Grand Cayman working as an attorney with Samson Law Associates. The firm provides a small dedicated team of advocates handling predominantly criminal cases. Philip says:

Philip defended in jury trials before the Grand Court criminal side during his time on the island, and issued judicial review claims before the Grand Court civil side. Philip also wishes to pay tribute to the court staff and to the judiciary in the Cayman islands who were incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind during his time there.
