Susan Monaghan appointed Legally Qualified Chair to the Police Misconduct hearings in North East Yorkshire & Humberside region

No5 Chambers Barrister Susan Monaghan has been appointed to the list of Legally Qualified Chair for the Police Misconduct Hearings in the North East and Yorkshire and Humberside Region.

From January 2016 legally qualified chairs will replace police chairs on Police Misconduct Panels held under the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2012.

Susan Monaghan was also recently appointed to be legally qualified chair to the West Midlands Police Misconduct hearings. TO read more on this appointment please click here.
