The Scheme has a range of programmes providing access to career development opportunities which supports young people from ethnic minority and or / socio-economically underprivileged backgrounds into the legal profession.
No5 is the only barristers chambers who sponsor the Legal Launch Pad scheme which provides a number of supporting roles with access to The Bar including mentoring, work placement opportunities as well as providing speakers for training events.
