Michelle Heeley, member of No5 Chambers Crime Group, has prosecuted a 50-year-old man, who was found guilty of raping an 18-year-old girl in her home.
Mark Hodge, Fillongley, denied the offences but was found guilty on 22nd June after the jury at Birmingham Crown Court were presented with forensic evidence.
Judge Richard Bond sentenced him to 11 years in prison.
