On Thursday 25th June, Naomi Owen attended an NDPB Lawyers’ Group training day, hosted by Hill Dickinson’s Manchester office.
The day was designed to cover some of the issues that Non-Departmental Public Bodies may face in their daily operations.
Naomi’s talk, entitled “The Implications of Bear Scotland for NDPBS” focused on holiday pay, where we are now, how we got there, and what is next for the ever evolving area of Employment law.
The training day was attended by around 30 lawyers from organisations such as the GMC and London Fire Brigade.
