The Ljubljana Pre-Moot is taking place tomorrow, Wednesday 25th March and No5 barrister Tim Jones is taking part as an arbitrator.
The Universities taking part in the arbitration moot are from Austria, Brazil, China, Mexico and Slovenia, and the topic is the international sale of goods. The moot will take place at the Chamber of Commerce in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.
As well as being a barrister, Tim is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, having reached fellowship level in both UK Arbitration and International Arbitration.
