Susan Monaghan, member of No5 Chambers Regulatory and Licensing Group, is speaking at a MBL seminar titled ‘The Regulator and Complaints Handling for Accountants’, which is being held on 30th April in London, and 8th May in Manchester.
The seminar, which is suitable for senior staff and partners of accountancy firms, will enable delegates to deal with complaints and if necessary, the regulator. It will also cover how to avoid complaints by being more informed, implementing a system to handle complaints and how to become more confident when dealing with the regulator.
