No5 Barrister S. Chelvan, published this morning a blog post on the European Law Blog, on the 2nd of December judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in ABC.
The case involves credibility assessment in gay asylum claims, and provides guidance for EU Member States, specifically with respect to prohibited steps.
