Stop Filming and Start Listening – No5 Chambers Barrister’s blog post on recent CJEU asylum ruling

No5 Barrister S. Chelvan, published this morning a blog post on the European Law Blog, on the 2^nd of December judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in ABC. 

The case involves credibility assessment in gay asylum claims, and provides guidance for EU Member States, specifically with respect to prohibited steps.

Chelvan is assisting the UK Home Office on steps to be taken to improve credibility assessment in asylum claims, including full training in 2015 of Case workers and possibly Presenting Officers.
