Philip Dayle, barrister at No5 Chambers, recently presented a Case Upate at the Judicial Review Seminars which were held in Birmingham and London.
You can download the notes below, which review two cases from earlier this year. The first case discusses the issue of costs and what may be considered to be an unreasonable refusal to engage in Alternative Dispute Resolution ( ADR) or not. The second case examines the scope and implications of an order that an application for permission to judicial review is totally without merit.
Details of upcoming events can be found on the Seminars and Events page.
