Nageena Khalique, Head of Public Law provided written submissions outlining the impact of the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND reforms with particular regard to children and young people affected by Cerebral Palsy to a Parliamentary Inquiry chaired by Paul Maynard MP. Nageena attended the Inquiry today speaking on behalf of Action Cerebral Palsy from the perspective of a Public Law barrister today at the House of Commons.
