On 22nd October Tim Jones spoke at a meeting in the House of Commons on the EU Framework for National Roma Integration strategies. Tim spoke on the proposed changes to planning guidance on Gypsies and Travellers. (For EU purposes “Roma” extends to Romani Gypsies and to traditional Travellers.).

The well-attended meeting was chaired by Andrew George, MP for St Ives, and attended by MPs and Peers from both Government and Opposition Parties as well as invited guests, mainly from the Romani Gypsy, Traveller and Roma Communities, including people who had travelled from several locations across England, Wales and Northern Ireland for the meeting.
