A pensioner from Hall Green, Birmingham, is due to go on trial on Thursday 2nd October charged with making an improvised explosive device and possessing firearms with intent to endanger life.
Harry Street, 70, has previously denied a total of six charges during a previous hearing and has been accused of three counts of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger lives in 2013.
