Carl Berry, 51 and Baldev Deshi, 47, both from Langley, have been found guilty of producing cannabis and possession of the drug with intent to supply.
Berry has been sentenced to four and a half years, and Deshi has been given a one-year sentence.
Tom Schofield, prosecuting, said police found 62 cannabis plants. He said “They would have harvested around three times that amount in one year, they would have had a street value of between £20,00 and £70,000, depending on how many crops he had.”
The court heard that both men had convictions dating back to the 1980’s.
Sentencing, Judge Philip Parker said “It’s clear this operation was a commercial one, and it’s clear that Mr Berry played a leading role in this operation”. He also noted that Deshi’s role was significant.
