Tim Sheppard from No5 Chambers compiled the problem for teams to address for the final rounds which was held this year at the Moot Court of King’s College London.
The finals were judged by Lord Carnwath, a Judge of the Supreme Court who challenged the teams with some tough questions. There were two finals. The first, the junior competition for law students, was won by a team from Lincoln’s Inn and the second, the senior competition for pupil barristers, was won by Francis Taylor Buildings.
