Tyler Vallance, 21, Redditch, has pleaded guilty to killing his two-month old daughter, Isabella Vallance, on 12th December 2012.
He also pleaded guilty to a charge of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent.
Christopher Hotten QC prosecuting said: ‘We are all of the view that we accept those pleas’. He said that although there were two charges, it was likely that ‘each occurred over a short period of time in a momentary loss of control by somebody with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and Tourettes.’
Separately, Jessica Wiggins, Isabella’s mother, will face a trial starting 24th June for alleged child cruelty between 5th October and 8th December 2012 and causing or allowing the death of Isabella.
