Sallome Pinnock, 18, has pleaded guilty to the murder of Joshua Strumskyte, 22, who was found stabbed outside a row of shops in Gedling on June 11.

A second man, Lewis Anderson, 20, St Ann’s, is also accused of the murder. He denies the charge and will stand trial at Nottingham Crown Court.

Judge Michael Stokes QC said Pinnock will be sentenced following trial, which is due to start today, 3 December.
