Paul Davies, 34, has been remanded back into custody after his plea hearing was adjourned due to a delay in receiving prosecution papers.

Davies is accused of the murder of Marlon O’Reilly, 33, who was shot dead in the Dovecote Pub in Cockshut Hill on 10 May.

The police believe he may have been the victim of mistaken identity.

Judge Burbidge QC heard an adjournment application from Davies’ counsel, David Mason QC, and the plea hearing has been set for 13 September.
