Micah Golding, 22, Harborne and Rikko Marks, 20, have both been jailed for life for the murder of Adrian Locke, 39, following an 11-day trial at Worcester Crown Court.
Fur the murder, Golding has been ordered to serve a minimum of 20 years, and Marks a minimum of 16. The pair pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine in Worcester. For this, Golding was sentenced to 4 years and Marks 4 and a half years, to run concurrent with their murder terms.
The court heard that Mr Locke was attempting to buy drugs, he was turned away and a struggle broke out between the three men. He was stabbed several times, and confirmed dead at the scene.
Detective Inspector Stuart Murphy said that the knife used was recovered from the murder scene and had both Golding and Marks’s DNA on it. The pair had been running a highly organised drugs operation in Worcester.
