A dentist has been jailed for 7 years for conspiracy to defraud after £1.4 million worth of false claims for treating patients were submitted between 2006 and 2009. 
 
Joyce Trail, from Sutton Coldfield, submitted 7000 invoices for work which she had never done. Her daughter, Nyri Sterling, who worked in the administration side of the practice, has also been jailed for 2 years for conspiracy to defraud.
