The Localism Bill is currently before Parliament. It is a substantial and wide-ranging Bill with 207 sections and 24 schedules. This paper considers those parts most likely to be relevant to those Gypsies and Travellers who do not (or do not wish to) live in houses. It does not therefore deal with provisions relating to local government organisation and finance and with national infrastructure projects.
