Staffordshire Police officer cleared of perverting the course of justice
A MIDLAND police constable accused of trying to persuade another officer to let his friend off a fixed penalty notice has been cleared.
PC Jason Bolas, of Staffordshire Police, was found not guilty of doing acts which were intended to pervert the course of justice by a jury at Birmingham Crown Court.
