For those who remain unsure of the policies of the three main parties on planning and related topics, I hope the following table will be of some use. It summarises their policies on key areas of planning, omitting comment on the merit or otherwise of these policies and their criticisms of their opponents. There is substantial volume of policy from each of the parties. This table is intended to be neutral presentation of policies on a selection of topics (I hope fair) within the field of planning. Any apparent bias is unintentional. The normal practice of the parties of using the word ‘will’, not ‘would’, has been followed.
