Tim has practiced in Crime for 20 years. He prosecutes and defends serious criminal cases in equal measure. Tim has prosecuted and defended numerous high profile cases. He has appeared on many occasions at the Court of Appeal.
Tim is a highly regarded persuasive advocate. He has a wealth of experience in prosecuting and defending serious sexual cases including historic offences. He has particular expertise in prosecuting and defending serious organised crime including murder, attempt murder, drug offences, armed robberies, high value car theft conspiracy and firearms offences.
Tim has a great deal of experience in dealing with large fraud cases involving multiple defendants.
Tim has regularly prosecuted and defending driving cases involving death and serious injury.
Tim has a wealth of knowledge in forensic science and regularly teaches at a leading forensic science company.
