Oliver has a developing clinical negligence practice. He has experience advising on both liability and quantum (including for the purposes of infant approval hearings), and in drafting pleadings. Oliver’s work so far has concerned delayed diagnosis and dental negligence, and he is expressly interested in expanding his practice into other areas of clinical negligence work.
Oliver accepts instruction from both Claimants and Defendants.
