Miran has extensive experience in professional regulatory proceedings. He has previously worked as a Case Presenter and currently sits as a Lay Chair and Legally Qualified Chair in misconduct and fitness to practise proceedings for a number of professional regulatory bodies.
He is able to offer expert advice and representation to Registrants in misconduct and fitness to practise proceedings on all aspects of a case, including advising on response at investigation stage; Interim Orders hearings; Substantive hearings relating to conduct, conviction, performance or health; Substantive Order reviews; Registration appeals; Onwards appeals to the High Court against Panel decisions.
