In very high value cases, Louisa works well with Leading Counsel and serves as an effective interface between her instructing solicitor and Queen’s Counsel.

A claim pleaded in excess of 1,000,000.00 by a male who suffered a significant brain injury consequent upon being struck by a car.
A claim of substantial value by a female who suffered a wedge fracture of her thoracic vertebra, chronic pain and myofascial pain affecting the quadratus luborum muscle requiring pain management treatment.
A claim of substantial value by a male who was crushed on a track at work and suffered Post Traumatic Stress Disorder preventing his return to similar work.
A claim of substantial value by an infant who suffered a brain injury following the collapse of a railing outside her family home.
