Katie has an extremely broad personal injury practice and frequently appears on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants at all stages of litigation.
Katie has particular experience in relation to claims arising out of RTAs, Occupier’s liability and Employer’s liability. She is happy to accept instructions relating to claims arising out of fatal accidents.
Katie undertakes both fast track and multi track work and is happy to advise in writing and/or in conference. She undertakes the settling of all pleadings and skeleton arguments and is happy to appear at all interlocutory hearings and trials.
Katie accepts work on a CFA basis where appropriate.
