Viewing: Mediation for David Taylor

David is an accredited mediator and a vociferous advocate of mediation as a means of dispute resolution. He regularly represents clients at mediation where his careful analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of any given case, coupled with an imaginative approach to problem-solving, have enabled him to achieve exceptional outcomes for his clients.
Not every dispute is capable of resolution at mediation. However, even where cases do not settle, David will maximise the opportunity to use mediation as a vehicle to collect information and to test the strengths and weaknesses of his opponents’ cases.
Apart from his mediation experience, David has been engaged as an expert to provide Early Neutral Evaluation in property related cases.
