Carol practices in personal injury and clinical negligence. She has experience of conducting cases on behalf of both claimants and defendants. In her personal injury practice, she deals with injuries arising from road traffic collisions, employment and use of public spaces.
Carol has experience of dealing with large volumes of material in order to prepare effective cross-examination.
When dealing with clients, Carol is able to draw upon her extensive experience of dealing with clients in a wide variety of courtroom situations. She is able to explain the court process, prepare witnesses for the challenge of giving evidence and give clients objective advice as to the strengths and weaknesses/potential pitfalls of their case.

Agricultural Law Association – Carol has a particular interest in cases arising from agricultural accidents, and also in representing the agricultural community in cases involving breaches of regulatory law.
