Andrew has a range of experience in personal injury matters, including both interim and full hearings. Having worked as a county court advocate for LPC Law prior to pupillage, Andrew has extensive experience of county court matters including applications for strike out, summary judgment and infant settlement hearings.
Additionally, Andrew has drafted advices and pleadings in cases under the Occupiers’ Liability Act, the Health and Safety at Work Act and the ‘Six Pack’ Regulations.
