Andrew has extensive experience in a range of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, the Agency Worker Regulations and equal pay, in addition to more novel issues such as the law of state and diplomatic immunity in an employment context.
He also has a broad advisory practice alongside his tribunal work and has advised on worker status, discrimination and redundancy, amongst other issues.

Mr N Buttet v Ambassade de France Au Royaume Uni (ET 2204921/2012)
Andrew acted for the Claimant in a holiday pay claim where the Respondent sought to rely on state immunity as a bar to the proceedings.
Thomas v Jelson Ltd (ET 2600979/2019)
Acted for the Respondent, a residential house building company, in a 10-day hearing involving claims for constructive dismissal, harassment, sex discrimination, victimisation and unlawful deductions from wages. Currently awaiting judgment.
