Parminder Saini joins the Immigration Group at No5 Barristers' Chambers

No5 Barristers' Chambers is delighted to welcome Parminder Saini to the Immigration Group.

Practicing at the Bar since 2007, Parminder is recognised as a leading junior who has conducted many groundbreaking cases and is a specialist immigration practitioner. Parminder brings a wealth of experience to the team specialising in all aspects of Asylum, Human Rights, Nationality, EU Free Movement, Civil Penalties and Business Immigration.  

The legal directories refer to his understanding and preparation as “extraordinary”. He is extremely experienced in the specialist areas of the points-based system, Article 8 appeals and European residence permits.

Parminder appears regularly at all levels from the First Tier Tribunal (IAC) up to the Supreme Court and Grand Chamber of the European Court of Justice.

Parminder also sits as a Deputy Judge of the Upper Tribunal (IAC) as well as a Deputy Judge of the First-tier Tribunal Tax Chamber.
