No5 Planning Barristers to appear in the first Supreme Court case in Wales today

Four members of No5 Barristers’ Chambers Planning Group, Martin Kingston QC, Richard Kimblin QC, Paul Cairnes QC and James Corbet Burcher will be appearing in the first ever Supreme Court case to sit in Wales on 22 and 23 July, in the Appeal of Wright v Resilient Energy Severndale and Forest of Dean District Council.
