No5 Barristers’ Chambers are delighted to announce that Victoria Clifford, a member of our Family Group, has been shortlisted for a major industry award as Legal 500 announces its 2020 honours.
The Legal 500 UK Awards 2020 put the spotlight on the very best legal practitioners and the awards aim to recognise the elite amongst them. Victoria has been shortlisted for the award of Regional Junior of the Year.
The shortlist is announced following extensive research into the UK legal market and the winners have been invited to a celebratory dinner in London on February 27 to mark their success.
Victoria was called to the Bar in 2002 and is a prominent and important member of Chambers’ Family team. Her considerable practice covers a wide range of family law issues including private and public law cases, international movement of children and financial proceedings on divorce. She regularly appears in the most complex of high- profile child law cases where she combines her fair but tenacious approach with an intellectually astute analysis of the facts to the benefit of all her clients. She represents parents, guardians, children and local authorities with equal determination and skill.
Victoria has been recognised over a number of years in the Legal 500 and other directories as a excellent advocate and impressive member of the bar. However, nomination for this award represents a well-deserved distinction.
